This should be full accessible, once you start on the trail, there are limited places to bail out for shade or cold drinks. I would recommend that you go very early in the morning with the heat, take plenty of water, probably double what you would normally take, I start out with 200 ounces. Be off the trail before it hits 105, that's the limit for me. You should be aware of sources of water and stores close to the trail, the ones I frequent are Rail Road Pass (inside), the Equestrian Trailhead, the store/gas station by the Heminway Park, just past St. Judes, then there is store down by the lake/camping area just past the Lake Meade Entrance-Boulder Beach-Lake Meade Village Campground GPS N 36° 2’ 16.7” W 114° 48’ 7.2” Check out the River Mountain LOOP Trail website you can see water on the map, though it is a little hard to see. Have a great time! :)
