Yes it is there is also a ramp into the Dakota but you won't be able to access the cockpit area as it's a very tight squeeze other than that I would of thought no problems
I didn't see any signs prohibiting dogs. To be honest, its pretty rural, in a small village, and is part of a farm building setup so would be surprised if they don't. regards, Ian
