All previous answers are correct. No trolley, but wide paths with few inclined to accommodate wheelchair use. Inside has wide walking areas as well to accommodate wheelchairs. Front sculpture and garden area may be trickier, but you can view from flat areas and it is not very large.

There is a paved path but there is quite a bit of walking outside. You can probably push your Dad in the wheelchair but I'm not sure how far your mom can walk.
