The Detroit Lions are well-represented on this year's Pro Bowl roster in Orlando, Florida. Seven players were named to the roster, which was announced Thursday morning. Only the Baltimore Ravens (9) had more players selected.

(WXYZ) — The NFL released its rosters for the 2024 Pro Bowl, with seven Detroit Lions players making the team. Detroit's seven players are the second-most for any team behind the Baltimore Ravens who had nine players make the Pro Bowl roster.

Nine Baltimore Ravens, including two-time NFL MVP Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry, were selected for the Pro Bowl Games.

The Detroit Lions dominated the fan voting for the 2025 Pro Bowl games. In years past, it would not be too uncommon to see few fans vote for players that played in Motown.

Teams have rolled out their Pro Bowl alternates, who will be elevated to the roster if an originally voted player can not participate.

The NFL's interception leader, a 42-touchdown QB and a pair of star rookie WRs didn't make the cut this season.

Players are selected for the Pro Bowl games, which include a flag-football showcase and skills competitions in Orlando on Feb. 2, through a process that weighs fan, player and coach votes equally.

While we recognize the accomplishments of those player who were named to the 2025 NFL Pro Bowl roster -- including Raiders DE Maxx Crosby and TE Brock Bowers -- it's important to also mentioned those who seemed deserving but didn't get the call.
