Welcome to Florida: Burmese python swallows 77 pound deer
In February, the team discovered a massive, squirming, 500-pound ball of Burmese python snakes huddled together in the marshy swampland of Naples, Florida. The snakes were in found in what wildlife experts refer to as a “mating ball” — which occurs when several male snakes swarm over the same female to get her pregnant.
