Sean “Diddy” Combs has sued a grand jury witness who claims to have seen video of the disgraced rap mogul allegedly sexually assaulting eight celebrities, including two who looked underage. The $50 million defamation suit filed against music producer Courtney Burgess claims Burgess invented the videos,

The lawsuit, which also names Nexstar, targets assertions from Courtney Burgess' lawyer, who said in interviews that her client possessed videos depicting sexual encounters involving Combs and other celebrities.

But lawyer Ariel Mitchell says the move is “a pathetic ploy” by the disgraced rap mogul “to silence victims and people who stand up for victims".
