Ukrainian troops in Kursk killed eight North Korean soldiers using drones, and five in a gunbattle, Kyiv said.

Ukraine's president told podcaster Lex Fridman that 3,800 North Koreans had been killed or wounded fighting alongside Russia but many more could come.

Operators of the 8th Regiment of the Special Operations Forces eliminated 13 North Korean soldiers in the Kursk region. One of the killed soldiers could have been an officer, according to the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In an interview with Lex Fridman, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky compared the aid given to Russia by North Korea to the support that Ukraine receives from its allies. The numbers for deliveries such as artillery ammunition are alarming for the West.
