The Christ Hospital, Cincinnati Children's and UC Health have canceled in-person, outpatient appointments due to the weather. St. Elizabeth has also closed some of its outpatient offices, including primary care and medical offices. TriHeatlh said that its physician and diagnostic offices, as well as ambulatory centers, will open at noon.
