The trial of Richard Allen in Delphi, Indiana, resumed on Wednesday with ongoing testimony after witnesses failed to definitely prove that a man seen in a video near the crime scene was the suspect. As CrimeOnline previously reported,

Witnesses testifying at the trial of the man accused of killing two teenage girls in Delphi, Ind., were questioned about the so-called "Bridge Guy," seen walking on the hiking trail where the girls were murdered.

Tuesday was the first time prosecutors revealed a portion of the video that shows a man who they allege is Richard Allen.

Jurors saw the infamous "Bridge Guy" video and heard from eyewitnesses who claimed they saw the man on the Monon High Bridge trail.

A state’s witness testified that she saw a man, who later came to be known as “Bridge Guy,” covered in blood and mud on the day of the Delphi murders, but became combative during a tense cross-examination as the defense pointed out discrepancies between her testimony and her previous statements to police.

Day 5 of the Delphi Murders trial included testimony from a witness who claims to have seen "Bridge Guy," the day Abby Williams and Libby German went missing.
