Well, CBSSports.com’s latest mock draft does have a quarterback falling to the Giants at No. 3 — Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders. That projection follows Miami quarterback Cam Ward going first to the Titans and Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter going second to the Browns.

Four Colorado Buffaloes quarterbacks have been drafted into the NFL draft. Shedeur Sanders looks to make it five in April.

According to CBS Sports' latest mock draft by Chris Trapasso, Sanders goes to the Raiders with the No. 6 overall pick, falling behind two other quarterbacks in Miami's Cam Ward and Alabama's Jalen Milroe.

Imagine this scenario playing out at the 2025 NFL Draft: The Titans take Miami’s Cam Ward with the No. 1 pick (not a surprise). The Browns take elite Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter at No. 2 (a bit of a stunner given the recent Deshaun Watson news, but Cleveland has plenty of position needs).

In the latest mock draft from The Athletic, Dane Brugler has him dropping all the way to the Las Vegas Raiders at No. 6, which would make sense for the franchise that needs a QB. Here’s his take on the drop:
