WWE and John Cena have found themselves in a legal predicament. The Cenation Leader is facing a lawsuit over the use of a musical sample in his iconic theme song, “My Time Is Now.” At the center of the dispute is the horn arrangement that introduces and plays throughout the track.
It remains his entrance music heading into his final match at Saturday Night’s Main Event against Gunther on Dec. 13, and “The Time Is Now” served as the lead single for his May 2005 album You Can’t See Me. “Only Platinum artist to never have a follow-up,” Cena quipped.
