IMPERIAL—The Mid-Winter Fair and Fiesta announced Wednesday its decision to cancel the Special Citizens Day at the Fair tomorrow.

“Most of our residents have participated are joined in the St. Patrick's Day parade traditionally," said Misty Harvest, the director of business development for Riverview Health and Rehabilitation.
