Micah Parsons quickly made a statement in the regular season finale for the Cowboys. The pass rusher recorded two sacks on the first three plays of the game against the Commanders. Parsons’ goal of reaching double-digit sack totals was accomplished less than five minutes into a sleepy Sunday afternoon of football.

For star linebacker Micah Parsons, avoiding the injury bug next year is the best way for them to have a realistic chance of returning to the playoffs, as reported by Jon Machota via X.

The Cowboys Public Relations announced the news on X. "With 2.0 sacks in the first quarter, Micah Parsons surpassed 10.0 sacks in 2024, becoming the fourth NFL player since 1982 with at least 10.0 sacks in each of his first four seasons, joining Reggie White, Derrick Thomas and Dwight Freeney."
