The Wolves enter as favorites to win the series against the Warriors, but they were underdogs against the Lakers in the first round. Anthony Edwards starred against L.A., posting 26.8 points per game. Edwards got plenty of help as Julius Randle, Jaden McDaniels, Naz Reid and Rudy Gobert all had their moments in the series win.

Early in the second quarter, Curry appeared to injure his leg. The All-Star point guard was grabbing at his hamstring area before signaling to Steve Kerr to take him out of the game. After exiting the game, Curry went straight to the locker room.

Less than four minutes into the second quarter of the Western Conference semifinal opener, Curry tweaked his left hamstring on a defensive possession. He grabbed the back of his left leg on several occasions. The Warriors ruled Curry out a few minutes later.
