When it comes to Salt Lake City's biggest change in over three decades, residents won't be wrong to recall the line Bill Murray shared in the hit movie "Ghostbusters."

The 32-year-old shot by Salt Lake City police early Thursday was taken to a hospital in critical condition, making him the fifth person in Utah in less than two weeks to be shot at during a police encounter.
