Iga Swiatek booked her second Australian Open semi-final with another spectacular display on Wednesday while Americans reached the last four of the men's and women's singles at Melbourne Park for the first time in 16 years.

Swiatek will face No. 19 Madison Keys of the U.S. on Thursday night for a berth in the final. The other women’s semifinal is No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka, the two-time defending champion, against her good friend, No. 11 Paula Badosa.

Iga Swiatek continued her romp through the Australian Open draw with a quarter-final victory over Emma Navarro. The Pole's 6-1 6-2 win means she has dropped just 14 games so far in five matches - a feat bettered under the current format by only Maria Sharapova, Monica Seles and Steffi Graf.
