Orville Peck confirmed on Monday (March 17) that he will be performing without his signature mask during his upcoming run in Broadway's 'Cabaret.'

Since the announcement came in January that country music star Orville Peck will replace Adam Lambert as the next Emcee in Broadway ‘s Cabaret at the KitKat Club, the question in fans’ minds was whether he’ll perform with his trademark mask, perhaps somehow glitzed up to match Cabaret ‘s outré style, or whether he’d ditch the trademark altogether.

To quote Future, “Mask off.” Orville Peck will debut as the Emcee in the current Broadway production of Cabaret on March 31, answering the question amateur dramaturges everywhere want to know: Does the mask stay on?
