Warner Music Group and Spotify have announced a new, multi-year agreement, covering both recorded music and music publishing, that effectively ends the companies' disputes over the streaming giant's "bundling" option,

The new multi-year agreement comes as Warner Music Group announced it had purchased a controlling stake in Tempo Music. The catalog company owns rights to songs by Wiz Khalifa, Florida Georgia Line, and Shane McAnally, with Billboard reporting the WMG acquisition deal to be worth “several hundred million dollars.”

Spotify and Warner Music Group , which owns labels behind artists such as Ed Sheeran and Dua Lipa, signed a new multi-year deal for recording and publishing music, the companies said on Thursday.
