The Las Vegas Raiders have informed other head-coaching candidates that Pete Carroll is set to become their next head coach, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported Friday, per sources.
The word “culture” will be thrown around a lot when Carroll and Spytek are introduced, but "continuity" might be the bigger word.
Carroll, 73, is set to return to the NFL sideline as a head coach for the first time since the conclusion of the 2023 regular season.
