A coaching journey he needed to take, and the former star linebacker uniquely suited to put a faltering franchise back on track.

Dolphins outside linebackers coach Ryan Crow spoke with the Patriots, a source confirmed. Crow coached with Vrabel in Tennessee from 2018-2023. He held a number of roles including outside linebackers coach, defensive assistant and assistant special teams coach while with the Titans.

New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel is expected to bring a couple of more familiar faces on his newest coaching venture.
