When Scuderia Ferrari announced on February 1, 2024 that Lewis Hamilton would join their Formula 1 team in 2025, the F1 world was turned on its head. Now, after arriving in Maranello, Italy earlier this week, the brand has offered up a first look at the end result: Hamilton behind the wheel of a Ferrari F1 car.

That sale made Hamilton’s W04 the second most expensive F1 car auction sale in history, pipping a Ferrari F2002-GA, driven by Michael Schumacher en route to his sixth Drivers’ Championship title.
