Just days after Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin reiterated his plans to remain in Pittsburgh, the longtime Steelers coach is still receiving interest. The Chicago Bears and at least one other team have contacted the Steelers about Tomlin’s availability in a trade, according to a league source.

The Steelers have reportedly turned away interest from the Chicago Bears about a potential trade for Tomlin, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Despite another wild-card playoff loss for the Steelers, Tomlin sounds very safe in his Pittsburgh job.
As a result, Tomlin’s contract for the next three years would be hard to walk away from if the Steelers wanted to do that.
