Arsenal enter 2025 second in the Premier League and 11 games unbeaten, yet the mood in north London doesn't exactly paint the rosiest of pictures. Much of that has to do with Bukayo Saka's recent injury setback which will keep him sidelined for a couple of months at least.

Mikel Arteta remains confident in his Arsenal side adapting to life without injured talisman Bukayo Saka ahead of their New Year's Day trip to Brentford.

Since beating Arsenal 2-0 in their first ever Premier League game, back in August 2021, Brentford have lost four and drawn one of their last five matches against the Gunners. They met three times last season with Arsenal winning all three, including 1-0 triumphs in both the league and Carabao Cup at the Gtech Community Stadium.
