Brisk winds out of the north today, gusting 25-30 mph, will cause east-west roads to drift back over and blowing snow will continue until tonight when the winds become lighter. Wind chills will be in the teens all day long and only a high around 29, so no melting today. Wind chills fall into the single digits overnight with mostly cloudy skies.

In Franklin County, 2-4 more inches of snow is expected Friday afternoon and Friday night, according to the National Weather Service.
