Notre Dame Fighting Irish head football coach Marcus Freeman met with journalists Thursday as the team prepares for a rivalry matchup against the Navy Midshipmen. Freeman provided a glimpse into his sideline notes,

They each do it in different ways, and tight end Davis Sherwood decided a children’s book titled “What Would Woody Do?” was how he was going to help. The unique part of this is that it’s his story, as the former walk-on describes his book as “an inspiring journey of determination, sacrifice and self-belief.”
