Tesla shares bumped higher in early Thursday trading following a disappointing fourth quarter earnings update that was somewhat offset by a bullish outlook from CEO Elon Musk, triggering a host of price target changes from analysts on Wall Street.

That said, Tesla remains one of the most expensive stocks in the market right now. There are very few examples where paying 122 times forward earnings turned out to be a good investment. If Tesla’s automation promises end up taking years and years like FSD, there is going to be a lot of downside risk. It might be time to start taking some profit.

In a research update to clients January 30, Irwin maintained his “Buy” rating on TSLA and upped his price target from $380.00 to $450.00. The analyst thinks TSLA will post Non-GAAP EPS of $2.65 on Revenue of 110.6-billion.
