The Cleveland Browns mixed-use development next to its training complex in Berea will be anchored in part by a Marriott-branded Barker Hotel

BEREA, Ohio (WOIO) - The owner of the Cleveland Browns announced Tuesday they are building a five-story hotel in Berea, as part of the District 46 at CrossCountry Mortgage Campus. Construction on The Barker Hotel is scheduled to begin late this year and be completed in 2027.

Construction of The Barker Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott, is slated to begin later this year with a completion date in 2027.
