Florida's 39-word Amendment 4 has launched a lot of political theatrics. Here's a breakdown without the noise.

Florida voters will be focused on electing a president, U.S. senator and several other state and local positions. But, it's important to remember we'll also be voting on six different constitutional amendments that deal with some pretty hot-button issues — including abortion rights.

Amendment 4 on the Floriday ballot would allow abortions up to "fetal viability," usually around 24 weeks, instead of current six.
