The legal team for Sean “Diddy” Combs has requested copies of the “freak off” tapes set to be used as evidence in Combs’ ongoing sex trafficking case, arguing in a filing that the recordings show only consensual sex acts.

Combs' attorneys claim the videos show that the sexual encounters were consensual and that there was no evidence of coercion.

“Of all the bands in Making the Band, we’re the only one not tied to him,” points out Underwood, who’s never met Diddy. “The more people confuse us with a Diddy band and post our pictures with his story, the more it goes against us.
