It's been nearly two weeks since the death of a 4-year-old boy in Harlem, and we're no closer to finding out what really happened.

At the time of his death earlier this month, 4-year-old Jahmeik Modlin weighed 19 pounds, which, according to the CDC’s official growth chart, is typical, or near the 50th percentile, for a 1-year old.

Clarence Jones was nine blocks from home when he was shot in the torso near W. 124th St. and Lenox Ave. about 1:30 a.m. Thursday.

The Administration for Children’s Services is breaking its silence on the death of a 4-year-old Harlem boy. Jahmeik Modlin died of starvation last Monday. ACS now says it’s conducting an “in-depth” review to determine whether they could have helped prevent this tragedy.
