Arkansas State Police issued an AMBER Alert Thursday, Feb. 6, for a missing Wisconsin girl believed to be with a 40-year-old Arkansas man.

Gary Day has been charged with kidnapping 16-year-old Sophia Franklin of Wisconsin, who is reportedly still missing after an Amber Alert was issued on February 3.
