Nov 14, 2024 · I click on the app, and nothing happens. I have never experienced this before. I am able to open the older Outlook app, but cannot access the new app. I have restarted my laptop multiple times and tried to Uninstall the New Outlook but to no avail. On my start page, the New Outlook app has a bar underneath in white but it's not complete?

I run Desktop Classic OL with multiple maila ccounts, and the win11 Mail app (new Outlook) with the same mail accounts without issue, all on multiple devices

May 4, 2023 · The new Outlook requires constant internet connection (no offline support), so the Send & Receive options would be superfluous until Microsoft have added offline support, I guess. Maybe I am missing something. In my opinion, the new Outlook has fewer features compared to the classic one, especially with regards to formatting.
