I have a Summary Wire Report from Google showing the payment was sent via Wells Fargo. When I trace the UETR code through Wells Fargo's Payment Tracker, it shows the transfer is still "In Progress." Wells Fargo customer service couldn't help since I'm not their customer. Google (the sender) is only responding with automated messages.

I hang up, call Wells Fargo who told me they would never call anyone for opening a bank account they would send a letter. Then I go to the Zelle site and it's a different phone number. I call the number from their site and the automated tells me I should contact the bank I Zelle with they are the ones who can help with transactions.
