Cooking for Levi on Instagram: "Levi makes Duck a l' orange, a classical French dish of crispy roast duck with a sweet and tangy orange citrus glaze. We used a whole duck for this recipe that I air dried in the fridge and poked holes in the skin to help the fat render out so the skin can get nice and crispy. We also used blood oranges for the sauce which gave it a nice red orange hue and had more bitter notes to balance the sweetness of the sauce and the richness of the duck."
